legion emblem bugged pls help

hi guys, few months ago I modified a custom legion emblem, it works fine. but just today since the legion BG is no longer me, she decided to change the emblem again. the thing is, why the legion emblem on me is still the old emblem, while the rest of my legion mates already seeing the new emblem, it is only me that see the old emblem. i tried delet the emblem.tga on my folders and restarted the client, but it still the same.
anyone experienced the same problem?, or anyone got work-around concerning this problem?
please help me i really appreciate any help i can get, thank you.
